CROSS, HYBRID PREP & KOREKTIVNA BY SANJIN

CROSS – SANJIN
Training that combines elements of strength and shaping, with elements of endurance, in the form of a circuit, cellular and interval training.
The most common movements are : classic exercises with weights (barbell, dumbbells and kettlebells), running, jumps, sit-ups, assisted pull-ups, wall ball, lunges and everyone’s favorite, burpees.

Level: Medium
Anyone can join, regardless of prior knowledge.

HYBRID PREP – SANJIN
An advanced program that combines elements of strength and endurance training in order to prepare for hybrid (Hyrox) type competitions. For those who are not familiar, Hyrox is a sport that alternates between running stations and strength stations such as lunges, wall ball, sled push and pull, and more.

Level: Intermediate to advanced.
An exerciser who has already mastered the basic techniques can be included only with prior agreement with the trainer.

KOREKTIVNA – SANJIN
Training intended for those who sit a lot or want to maintain a healthy spine, knees, hips and shoulders.
The program includes static exercises, slow dynamic exercises, as well as a large number of unilateral movements in which the left and right sides of the body are separately loaded.

Level: Intermediate to beginner.
Anyone can join, regardless of prior knowledge.

FIT AND STRONG BY DINO

FIT AND STRONG – DINO

The training is intended for all participants, regardless of their level of experience in the gym, and is designed in three parts.
The introductory part of the training where we generally warm up and raise the body temperature, and activate those muscles that we will train later and which are important for the healthy functioning of the body.
The main part of the training is a selected strength exercise where we focus on all the parameters that are necessary to become stronger.
The final part of the training is dedicated to muscular endurance, which we carry out through circular or cellular training, where each training we change the target muscle group.

CROSS FUNCIONAL BY MARINA

CROSS FUNCTIONAL – MARINA

Cross body functional is a type of training in which a wide range of natural functional movements, various exercises with your own body weight or with various props (dumbbells, medicine balls, plyometric boxes, elastic tires, etc.) are performed in the shortest possible period of time, which implies a high load. With this type of training, you raise all aspects of motor skills.

Level : Intermediate

CROSS FUNCTIONAL (ADVANCED)

It is a type of training in which a wide range of natural functional movements, different exercises with your own body weight or with various props (dumbbells, medicine balls, plyometric boxes, elastic tires, etc.) are performed in the shortest possible period of time, which implies a high load.

With this type of training, you improve all aspects of motor skills.

Level: Intermediate to advanced.
It can only be included with a prior agreement with the trainer.

LADIES HOUR BY EVA

LADIES HOUR – EVA

Group training for women that is based on exercises that emphasize the gluteus and abdominal muscles. The beginning of the training starts with mobility exercises, followed by gluteal pre-activation exercises and as the main part of the training several multi-joint exercises, the aim of which is to shape and strengthen the lower part of the body. Finally, there is a circular type of training, which will include exercises for the whole body with an emphasis on the stomach and gluteus.
